Our approach includes problem identification, return on investment (ROI) analysis, pre, during and post intervention testing, training, coaching and other interventions/ solutions. Our principal, John Taylor, is a Certified Trainer of Crucial Conversations and of Crucial Confrontations, incredibly powerful, proven and reward-winning multi-media skill development models/processes developed by VitalSmarts LLP. Because “one-shot training” tends to be an “event” rather than a sustainable process improvement intervention, we provide additional and long-term support to ensure that the results you need both occur and ‘stick’.

We provide crucial skills training and other interventions only where you decide they make practical sense. See the section on Training for details of options. If Co-Create does not have the sklls/solutions to help you, we are confident that we will be able to refer you to appropriate resources through our associate network.

We also directly provide audio CD training programs for each Crucial skill set (Conversations and Confrontations). Although we supply the source books directly, we find that volume orders may be available at lower unit cost through Amazon and Chapters.
