As a NetApp Lifecycle Services Certified (LSC) Partner, CoCre8 is the first point of contact for our Customer’s and Partner’s support requests. Currently, CoCre8 delivers L1 and L2 technical support to our customer base and deploys senior engineers to site as and when needed. CoCre8 always retains the role of incident owner, and all NetApp related incidents are managed through the CoCre8 incident management process via the CoCre8 Service Desk.

In addition to this, our customers are able to take advantage of CoCre8’s LSC service offerings, at a reduced cost to the OEM, whose services are delivered by a third-party company in Southern Africa. As a Services uplift, we wrap NetApp Service Account Management (SAM Services) with our deployments to ensure that our customers are always in the absolute best hands and have immediate access to senior technical resources.
